The short version: we collect only what we need to send your reminders, we never ask for card numbers or passwords, we don’t sell your information, and ad cookies run only if you allow them.
Sunday Tabs is a free tool that keeps track of your recurring subscriptions and reminds you before they renew, offered by Sunday Tabs Inc. in the United States. This notice explains what happens to your information on sundaytabs.surf, including the disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and other state privacy laws.
What we collect
Your name and mobile number when you fill in the form; the subscriptions, renewal dates, and reminder settings you choose to enter; and basic technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, and pages viewed. Cookies are covered in our Cookies.
What we never collect
Card numbers, Social Security numbers, bank logins, account passwords, or one-time verification codes. If anyone asks you for these in our name, don’t share them — and let us know.
Why we use it
To text you a link to Sunday Tabs, deliver the reminders you set, answer your questions, keep the service secure — and, only if you agree, to measure our ads (including with the Snap Pixel).
Who we share it with
Only vendors that help us run the service (hosting, text and WhatsApp delivery, email), under contract; advertising partners such as Snap Inc. if you accept those cookies; and authorities when the law requires. We don’t sell personal information. Ad cookies may count as “sharing” under California law — you can opt out on our Do Not Sell or Share page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, get a copy, opt out of sale/sharing and targeted ads, and limit use of sensitive data — without being treated differently. Email info@sundaytabs.surf or call +1 919-546-1180; we verify and reply within 45 days. Authorized agents are welcome, and we honor Global Privacy Control.
How long we keep it
Form details: up to 24 months, or less if you ask. Reminder data: while you use the service, then deleted within 90 days.
How we protect it
Encrypted connections, limited staff access, and regular checks. If a breach affects you, we’ll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Texts and calls
Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age
Sunday Tabs is for adults 18 and over. We delete any information we learn belongs to someone younger.
